About the Role :
The position of the Payroll Project Officer is responsible for providing primary support for project related activities, by providing best practice advice on the application of Kraft Heinz policies, systems, processes and procedural enquiries, particularly regarding remediation Project.
This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following accountabilities. Accountabilities may change at any time, subject to Project / business needs.
Work closely with project lead, ensure the SOP is followed accurately
Ensure payment files are sent on time for processing
Identify and highlight the urgent payment related matters to project lead
Work with our Global Business Services (GBS) team to prioritise Payments, follow-up payment processing
Provide support in resolving exceptional cases related to remediation project
Ensure Project master data is UpToDate for reporting
Provide HR / Business with a point of escalation and communication route back into GBS on Project related matters
Support changes on payroll related legislation (New Zealand) for both white collar and blue collar employees
Overall, ensure best practice administrative support for all key processes across the HR team
About You :
2-3 years’ experience in a similar project role with a Payroll background is Preferable
Undergraduate qualification in any Business-related degree is essential
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills; ability to use HR information systems including accessing, inputting and compiling data;
strong attention to detail; and ability to research and analyse information to produce reports(preferable).
