About this opportunity

Would you like to work for a not for profit organisation, where you can bring your whole self to work whilst empowering Kiwis to live their healthiest lives?

We are on the hunt for a People & Culture Analyst to support our People & Culture team with data quality, and protection.

This role will design and deliver our reporting and systems configuration including data from our people systems, including Workday.

You will be our system and reporting champion and will collaborate with employees and people leaders, advising on technical HRIS queries.

About you :

To be successful in this role you will be technically and analytically savvy, with the ability to engage easily with stakeholders throughout the business.

You will be a guru with our HRIS system Workday and ideally have prior experience in system implementation, so an affinity for systems would be imperative.

As an experienced Analyst you will support the People & Culture function and be accustomed to working within a medium to large-scale, fast paced business where you will be manipulating data to provide the business with a range of reports supporting the People & Culture functions as well as reviewing processes and ensuring that systems are fit for purpose, streamlined and maintained.

You will be able to take people data and translate that into recommendations and reports to identify trends and themes to provide future recommendations to the business.

Skills and experience required :

  • 3+ years in an HRIS technical role
  • Experience of configuring HRIS processes (preferably with Workday)
  • Understanding of best practice HR systems and processes
  • Ability to analyse and interpret people data to produce meaningful dashboards
