We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing specialist to join our Marketing team as Customer Lifecycle Management Specialist!About the RoleAs our Customer Lifecycle Management Specialist you will co-design Customer Lifecycle Management programmes to ensure BNZ proactively engages and helps customers be good with money throughout their banking relationship.
You will champion the utilisation of data and insights to provide personalised customer experiences to drive optimisation of retention, growth and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with the Customer Lifecycle Management Manager, you will assist in building testing into CLM plans and ensure measurement is in place to learn, refine, and drive a continuous improvement culture.
About YouOur ideal candidate will have previous experience in Direct Marketing and customer lifecycle management. With a background in customer engagement and data driven marketing type roles, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with commercial acumen.
As the Customer Lifecycle Management Specialist you will also have : Proven influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skillsExcellent planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication skills both written and verbalExperience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign would be a bonus.
