Hours : Monday to Friday - 32 hours per week

Salary : $49,000 - $52,000

About the role

Our service is seeking an Administration Support Officer for the Wellington Team to provide administration support to Newtown, Miramar and Johnsonville Dental Hub clinics.

The position is part time Monday to Friday working 32 hours per week. The position is based at the Newtown Clinic.

The key tasks are administration support and management of the team waitlist and recall appointments.

Applicants must enjoy working with children have a strong commitment to team work, customer and quality focus. Excellent communication and knowledge and experience in a variety of computer packages is essential .

You will be required to hold a current drivers licence and previous experience in healthcare administration would be an advantage.

Understanding of tikanga Māori an advantage and the ability to converse in te reo Māori, Pacific Island languages, and / or the languages of refugee communities is an advantage.
