The Salvation Army, Te Ope Whakaora, Bridge Programme for Alcohol and Other Drug treatment is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified fulltime administrative position within our services based in Mt Eden.

This is Monday to Friday 40 Hours per week, 08 : 00 until 16 : 30.

The ideal candidate will support the Director and their management team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team making a difference in the lives of people who are affected by addiction.

You will help to develop the local service, within a highly reputable and stable organisation.

The candidate must have the following Essential skills

  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Highly competent in the use of systems and processes along with Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Minimum of two years administrative experience.
  • Experience in statistical and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pro-active and takes initiative.
  • Essential : When applying for a role with The Salvation Army you will be asked to provide you vaccine certificate.
