We currently have an extremely exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our high performing Nespresso Marketing team in Parnell, Auckland on a 12month parental leave cover.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the purpose of this role is to affirm Nespresso as the ultimate coffee experience while respecting and enhancing the brand image and reputation.

This role will support the overall brand communication strategy via the management and execution of all offline and offline media, brand PR, and events to deliver the market’s brand-building and commercial objectives.

You will be responsible for but not limited to :

  • Manage and implement Offline ATL media campaigns (TV, Print, OOH, Radio and Cinema) in line with the market's 'must win' battles
  • Manage and implement Online Advertising (Digital, Social, Paid Search)
  • Manage and implement Brand Public Relations activities including media relations, activations and relationship development with key media, influencers and opinion leaders
  • Manage and implement local event activations from concept creation through to implementation and post-analysis
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with HQ, the Australian marketing team and local PR and media agencies in order to ensure the smooth and effective implementation and measurement of brand activities
  • You will have the following but not limited to :

  • Have a flair for aesthetics and creative storytelling
  • Broad understanding of business objectives and commercials
  • Broad understanding of direct CRM marketing to drive synergies with brand activities
  • Strong inter-personal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Resilience and ability to stay the course’
  • The successful candidate will have extensive marketing experience, preferably gained in a premium, lifestyle consumer goods environment (e.

    g. Cosmetics, Apparel and Accessories, Food & Beverage). Further, any experience gained in both Retail and eCommerce environments are strong advantages.
