We've also put in place a resourcing model to ensure we can deliver on these priorities, and as a result, an exciting opportunity to join the HR Shared Services Team as a Group SWE Coordinator has arisen!
Reporting to the Group HR Shared Services Manager, you will be joining a high performing team, and have a golden opportunity to support the delivery of our Safety and Wellbeing priorities by co-ordinating (and assisting the development of) SWE processes and Safety Analytics, and ensuring these processes are delivered to a high, consistent standard, in line with all organisational and legislative requirements.
The role will be a member of the wider HR Shared Services Leadership Team and assist in planning and evolution of programmes of work across Shared Services.
