They include a full range of spaces from multi-story apartments, hospitals, cafes, swimming pools, townhouses and everything in between, with build values ranging from $100 - $300 million across the length of our projects, which typically take 3 to 5 years.

    Your role

    Reporting to a Regional Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, high-quality and timely delivery of our $250m+ project based in Karori, Wellington.

    This project is complex, spanning across 3.05Ha and consisting of multi-level apartment blocks and a multi-level base isolated main building which will be built into the slope of the site as it climbs uphill.

    We expect the project to take approximately 4 years.

    Safety is our number one priority and it's your job to make sure everyone gets home safely, every day.

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring the project operates with safety as a key focus at all times
  • Motivating and inspiring the sites teams to deliver work to a high standard
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing teams
  • Working with the inhouse design and sales teams to accommodate design changes and resident requests.

    About you

  • You will be a highly experienced site-based Project Manager who has delivered multi-million (ideally $100m+) dollar commercial construction projects
  • You enjoy leading people and are as passionate about their development as you are about delivering great buildings
  • You are committed to safety and put the wellbeing and safety of others before anything else
  • You will have second to none project delivery experience and proven experience with planning and programming

  • You are flexible and adaptable and adjust your style to work effectively with a variety of people
