We are so passionate about the gear we sell that you will see us out there on the track, trails and anywhere an outdoor adventure is to be had!About the Role : The Commercial Admin will be aware of the competitive and customer-oriented nature of the work to be undertaken and will appreciate the necessity for maintaining and improving upon Torpedo7 Groups market position.
The Company will support and train the Commercial Admin to be able to achieve targets and in return, the Commercial Admin will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external relationships by assisting with all enquiries, supplying the correct information, channeling enquiries to the relevant area and portraying a professional image as the first point of contact.
Assist in quotations, invoicing and after sales support to ensure client and contract standards are delivered to a high standard.
Assist with merchandise and marketing admin tasks.About You : The ideal candidate will be competent and efficient with administrative intensive workload, have excellent product knowledge and be able to communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
