Key responsibilities will include :

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of key project workstreams for tier 1 clients through exceptional delivery skillsets
  • Support the identification and development of key business development opportunities to grow our digital business
  • Build authentic and trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and team members
  • Act as a trusted advisor in the areas of human-centered design, digital strategy & transformation and / or innovation management
  • Demonstrate a high level of digital literacy and the ability to connect our clients’ complex-problems to potential digital and non-digital solutions
  • Contribute to the development of compelling thought leadership that position GHD as an authority in human-centered design, digital strategy & transformation and / or innovation management
  • What you will bring to the team :

  • Degree qualification in a related discipline
  • 4 to 6 years’ + of prior consulting experience, ideally in a leading consulting firm, in delivering projects across the areas of digital strategy & transformation, innovation strategy & management or customer experience and human-centered design
  • Highly motivated and client centric with demonstrated experience in building authentic and trusted relationships with clients and team members
  • Exceptional delivery skills, time management and organisation competences, and ability to develop impactful presentations
  • Experience in planning and delivering design-led engagement programs and workshops with client stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, creative and critical thinking and the ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely or in hybrid setup
  • Familiarity with design and / or innovation frameworks and methodologies, such as design thinking, lean start-up, agile, business model canvas, personas, journey maps, service design blueprints, customer value proposition canvas and other related strategy frameworks
  • Curiosity and thirst for knowledge, with demonstrated growth mindset and ability to self-learn
  • Strong passion for innovation and creativity, high energy and a collaborative working style
