Harvey Norman is at the top of the leader board in New Zealand retail We re known for our top quality products and outstanding customer service There s never a dull moment when you re working for a market leader so read on and find out how you can contribute to and become part of this exciting dynamic brand This is a Fixed term Full Time role based in our Manukau store In this role you will Provide accurate and efficient administration support in creditor reconciliations Process invoices in preparation for payment Liaise with the Head Office Accounts Payable department Raise credit claims and daily journals for month end processing Provide accurate and efficient support in all areas of administration Work full time Mon to Fri Some extra hours might be required by the Business to help with end of month duties The skills and experience you ll need to bring with you include Previous experience in an Administration role in a medium to large enterprise Proven experience with high volume reconciliations An understanding of accounts payable Computer literate including Microsoft office with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to think on your feet Being full of energy ambitious and confident To find out why we re at the top of the leader board you re going to have to join us Harvey Norman Manukau
