Additionally, you will be : Preparing and executing service management plan for each client defining service areas requiring attention.
Identifying opportunities to expand our client’s base.Supervising team’s performance to ensure that the financial goals are met.
Providing pro-active client services by anticipating client’s needs and responding to their queries in timely manner.Assisting with the establishment of plans for the new clients in accordance with the agreed timelines.
Assisting with the presentation of new plans to potential clients through group member meetings and individual discussions and assisting members with their decisions including investment strategy.
Provide secretarial services to selected trustee boards.Ensuring that all the regulatory, compliance and transparency requirements are metContributing to projects and service development enhancements.
Assisting with the preparation and review of scheme documentation and communication material.Developing and maintaining day to day relationships with external and internal clients, stakeholders, providers and industry bodies.
To be successful in this role, you will need : Preferably a degree qualified in Finance, Business, Economics or other related discipline.
Strong industry experience in superannuation administration or client service management.Ability to manage and mentor a team.
Flexible and adaptable to be able to meet client and regulatory requirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAptitude for continuous business improvement.
