Mō te tūnga The role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with a small financial accounting team. You will be working in our new Oracle system and helping staff and suppliers to work with the new system.

You will also be the expense auditor for both credit cards and staff expense claims.

Salary : $44,363 - $51,700 negotiable depending on experience

Mōu About you

To be successful you will :

  • Ideally have five years plus Accounts Payable experience
  • Oracle Accounts Payable experience is preferred
  • Be strongly customer service focused, both suppliers and internal customers
  • Have the ability to multi-task, prioritise, work well under pressure and stay calm when dealing with multiple demands
  • Be capable of working both independently as well as within a team.
