Mitre 10 Onehunga is currently seeking a Customer service extraordinaire to join our ever growing Kitchen and Bathroom Showrooms!Showroom is a key inspirational area within our store, with an exciting range of products.

This role gives you an opportunity to use your flair to sell the dream as you assist our customers with their new or renovated kitchens and bathrooms.

The key for success is the ability to listen to our customers’ requirements and presenting the right solutions for the project on hand.

We are looking for someone with a bubbly personality whose first priority is listening to customers’ needs and help them find the right solutions.

Someone who enjoys to be challenged and is proud of their ability to satisfy customers’ requests.An ideal candidate will have the following attributes and background : Proven successful Sales experience, with an absolute passion for customer service excellenceGreat attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills with the ability to meet and exceed expectations of builders, suppliers, existing and new DIY and Trade customers alikeAbility to cope with time sensitive tasks in order to meet deadlinesStrong problem solving skills and the ability to think out of the boxNeed to be outgoing, enjoy customer interactions and have a lively personalityPlease note that heavy lifting is a frequent aspect of the jobPrevious design experience will make you stand out, but is not a set requirementThis is a full time position with at least one weekend day required and previous sales experience in retail or otherwise is an absolute must.
