The purpose of this position is being responsible for project delivery post preliminary design through to completion. You will do this through exemplary project management, quality assurance / management, effective and efficient resource allocation, and project risk management to deliver a suite of projects that form the regional programme of projects.

You will be responsible for; Delivery of projects against approved delivery programme. Using technical experience and expertise to drive fit for purpose solutions across the spectrum of project delivery (management, logistics, design and whole of life costs).

Understand the pipeline of projects and drive delivery efficiencies to promote fiscal responsibilities in both capital and operational expenditure.

Promote technical strategies, and investment opportunities that increase energy efficiency and sustainability with a view to effectively managing whole of life costs.

Delivering quality assurance ensuring good practice management and contribute and deliver to a standardised project methodology.

The successful candidate will have : Experience in managing large property construction projects with a minimum of 7 -10 years in the industry and a relevant tertiary qualification Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills as they are critical in developing productive partnerships with a range of interested parties.
