About the Opportunity
Sitting within our lively Service Centre team, you’ll relish the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment as our newest On-Farm Excellence Advisor.
You will be part of a high performing and supportive team.
A key advisory role which will see you directly supporting our farmers, you’ll engage your agricultural expertise and knowledge of the dairy industry to help ensure they’re able to supply high quality milk as well as offering sound advice concerning on-farm issues contributing to poor milk quality and / or food safety issues.
As a true subject matter expert, you’ll also be key in connecting them to various additional support across the Service team, all whilst building some awesome business relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.
In addition to this, you will get the opportunity to work on high impact projects.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract arisen due to internal development opportunity. There will be rostered shifts- which will include one early start (from 7 am) and one late finish (till 6 pm).
Over time there will be flexibility to work from home.
You’ll be passionate about giving our farmers the best advice to support their business and be a whiz when it comes to all things milk collection and processing.
You will have the opportunity to be innovative and any ideas on how to improve things will be welcomed.
You’ll bring strong knowledge of food safety best practice and have a genuine interest in the dairy industry. Most importantly, you will come from an agricultural background yourself, having a solid understanding of on-farm practices to be able to advise farmers.
