    The Culture & Transformation team seek to continue establishing a Learning Centre of Excellence. We have an established team of Learning professionals who are at the top of their game designing, developing, implementing and evaluating modern and innovative learning experiences for our people.

    We strive to look at providing opportunities to increase capability and drive performance across the organisation with solutions that engage everyone whether it's using online, digital or instructor led approaches.

    About the role

    AT manages billions in transportation assets on behalf of the people of Tamaki Makaurau every year. To support the management and education of these enterprise pieces of work to our people, we are implementing a new Asset Management technology solution, to be phased over the next 2 years.

    This high impact role will be responsible for the design of fit-for-purpose, innovative, impactful and engaging learning experiences to build capability and support the adoption of a new Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for the different user groups over the different phases of implementation.

    About you

    With an innate passion for providing exceptional learning experiences to the masses, along a desire for your own continued learning, you will also bring the following :

  • A preference for cross functional working and a champion of adaptive and agile ways of working.
  • A confident and natural collaborator at all levels of the organisation.
  • Deep technical expertise in designing blended learning solutions including digital, facilitator-led, social learning and performance support.
  • Proficient in use of modern learning technologies including learning management systems, digital authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite) and Walk Me.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make sense of and 'synthesise' information, and the ability to tell stories for the purpose of supporting learning.
