Kia ora, I’m Amanda the the CX & Products Manager at Heartland. We’re looking for a new Data Insights Analyst to join our Digital team based in Newmarket.

As the Data Insights Analyst, you’ll get the opportunity to bring about meaningful change by generating actionable insights, and proposing creative solutions to customer pain points and opportunities as well as initiating new ways to deal with business processes.
We organise ourselves into pods of people who are dedicated to delivering and supported by an Ecosystem of key experts. You’ll support the pods by ensuring we can measure success when we launch new digital initiatives and then make continuous improvements by ensuring we are constantly looking and diving into the right data.
You’ll be curious about what the data is telling you, the insights will be even more important than building the report, and you’ll want to share them with others to ensure we can take immediate action.
