The rail crew in the windy city are looking for an experienced Rail Protection Officer to join them in making a difference.

  • About the role :

    As a trained and qualified Rail Protection Officer, you will be controlling rail traffic into your work sites ensuring that all staff are kept safe.

    You will be working with permits, assisting with planning future work, and then putting these plans into action on the track.

    As you will be aware, working in the rail industry does require you to be flexible as you could be working days, nights or weekends depending on the job type, client requirements and traffic movements.

    About you :

    Along with your positive attitude and your ability to build relationships with stakeholders there are a few essentials, but don’t stress too much if you don’t tick them all off, we are prepared to train you :

  • You will hold your single site or multi site rail protection officer (RPO) qualifications
  • Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements would be beneficial
  • A background working in the rail / safety industry
  • Have a passion for safe working practices & processes
  • In this role you will be achieving results daily!
