This is an opportunity to be a part of this team and make Auckland more sustainable! In the Waste Solutions team, we are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who can provide exemplary, accurate and responsive end-to-end customer friendly services.
You will be supporting all waste management and minimisation contracts by ensuring all records and information are current and actioned within agreed timeframes for bin & bag services and requests for inorganic collections.
Coordinating timely resolutions of all assigned complaints and enquires from customers.He kōrero mōu : About youTo be successful you will need to be proactive in resolving customers' complaints and issues.
As this role involves a high level of stakeholder management with the public, contractors, and waste management team; strong verbal & written communication is a must.
Impeccable attention to detail is required as you will be tasked with database management, reporting & analysing case management of bin RFS.
