Key tasks

As a Guest Welcomer extraordinaire, you will be the very first and last impression of luxury, personalized service for our guests.

You will be proactive and curious to create relationships with them. And possess strong knowledge of Queenstown to make their stay with us one they will never forget.

  • Provide quality service to the guests by greeting them upon arrival and farewell guest upon departure.
  • Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage. Ensure timely delivery of all guest luggage.
  • Ensure procedures are followed in regards to guest transportation, luggage collection, and storage, skies equipment storage.
  • Responding to all guest inquiries regarding local attractions, restaurants, and tours.
  • Message boards updated daily and aware of function requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with local tour operators, restaurants and service providers
