We are looking for our next Duty Manager who lives and breathes amazing hospitality. If you’re passionate about growing your hospitality career and want to take it to the next level, we’re here to help! Foxglove is located on Wellington’s waterfront and is one of our busiest venues, you will need to be ready for a challenge.

As a Duty Manager, your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis and report directly to your Venue Manager.

Foxglove boasts a growing family, an ever evolving whanau of like minded people who all strive each day to look after our guests and each other.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What you’ll offer us :

  • An impressive background in hospitality management
  • A great understanding of opening / closing venues & cashing up
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Competency on both the bar & floor
  • Outstanding food & beverage knowledge
  • An awesome ability to build relationships with customers and team members
  • An ability to keep cool under pressure
  • For compliance purposes, a valid LCQ & Manager's certificate
  • Are you a visa holder? No need to stress we will cover the cost of a VOC or Essential Skills visa for the successful applicant!
