quality product and a unique client offering.The RoleBringing a solid background of construction Project Management experience, your job will be to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects.
This will involve you working collaboratively on the delivery of multiple projects within the commercial sector. You will be required to build strong relationships with a varied range of stakeholders and clients, whilst ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities will includeOrganise and define the project scope, objectives, goals and deliverables - being mindful of technical feasibilityFinancial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on-
time, within scope, within budget and in line with the original objectivesConduct regular reviews against plan and budget and taking corrective actions as requiredOversee, review and implement project programmes including outlines of project tasks and resource requirementsProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risk, and devise contingency plansCoordination and delegation of tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and sub-
contractorsOversee resource availability and allocation needed to achieve project goalsWhat you'll need to succeed : Demonstrated project management experience within the construction industry, ranging from design through to post construction reportingProven track record delivering the full lifecycle of projects according to time and cost constraintsExcellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
