    As the Social Media Team Lead, it will be essential that you have an in-depth understanding of social media platforms and the key-role they play in customer engagement.

    Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Social Media Team Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving the Social Media strategies to creatively bring our brand to the customers.

    You will also be responsible for coaching, managing and motivating a Social Media Coordinator

    The successful candidate will have the following skills :

  • Online interpersonal communication skills to connect and engage with audiences to ensure amazing customer experience
  • Experience in development, implementation and monitoring of social media strategies
  • Experience in the execution of creative and engaging social media campaigns that is fit for all social media platforms
  • Well-developed business acumen
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing / Social Media
