Essential and optional requirements

An innovative approach, in order to maximise profitability and to ensure ongoing development of the team

Ability to manage and exceed Food & Beverage financial performance targets

Solid financial understanding of budgets and cost control systems to assist in developing staff

A supportive, hands-on management style showing effective leadership traits

A passion for delivering a great Food & Beverage product

Strong customer focus

Previous experience in a hotel and having worked with micros and Opera would be advantageous

At least one year experience in a similar role

General Managers, LCQ and First Aid Certificate

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand
