    Our team deliver outstanding project outcomes across the infrastructure, industrial, buildings, water and advisory Business Lines.

    The opportunity

    Our Infrastructure & Industrial work is at the heart of our business. Developing and implementing solutions to complex problems, our team is transforming the world we live in across the Asia Pacific region from highways to airports, bridges to factories and land development projects.

    We’re looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our New Plymouth based team. You might have some experience in Transport and Infrastructure, Industrial Engineering or Three Waters or are interested in growing your experience in these areas.

    As part of the Industrial Business line, we work across a range of markets including, energy and manufacturing, food & life sciences, minerals & metals and wood & fibre.

    Our diverse teams partner with our well-known clients to create innovative solutions to sustainably protect and grow their businesses.

    Our goal is to help you grow your career and thrive in a regional New Zealand office, where the possibilities for development and taking on responsibilities early on in your career are huge.

    We look to take on a graduate that’s interested in spending time engaging directly with our clients, contractors and the community we work in.

    As part of our New Plymouth team, you’ll develop to be a well-rounded consultant who’s as comfortable on the work site as they are in a board room.

    About you

    We’re confident in the strong workload we have ahead locally, nationally and internationally and we’re not thinking short term.

    With that in mind, we’re looking for people available now, or completing their degree and looking to commence their first graduate role in early 2023.

    We are open to considering graduates from all engineering disciplines.

    You will love to learn and share knowledge and are someone who can bring a fresh perspective. You have a passion for design and problem-solving with an enquiring mind, the ability to problem solve and think laterally.

    We will value and reward your enthusiasm and motivation to continue to learn from your peers and more senior members of the team.
