This key full-time, administration role will specifically support our Water business and is based at Rangiora. PGG Wrightson Water has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of irrigation systems, and offers a "full service" package to all farm, orchard, and lifestyle blocks.
This role will ensure both contractual and finance administrative support is provided to drive the completion of sales quotes, contracts, account invoicing and project reporting.
The position enjoys a good level of variety and the satisfaction of supporting with an end to end job. The successful applicant will work closely with both our Sales and Service teams within the business as well as maintaining critical relationships with our Corporate and Support Services teams.
Strong relationships and the ability to show your personality will ensure success when working with the business on "getting the job done right".
This includes advising on credit and policy limits, ensuring quotes and contracts are documented correctly, monitoring, and reporting on WIP (Work in Progress) plans and following up when data is not complete.
Overall, you will need to be a strong Administrator with an aptitude for financial data. This role reports directly to our Finance Business Partner who leads a small but close-knit team.
As part of this team, this role will assist with general finance tasks (sometimes across other areas of the business) including expense analysis and journals.
