Following an exciting period of growth, we are seeking Senior Analysts to join our Consulting practice in Pōneke / Wellington.
You’ll be challenged to assist our clients with making real change for them and their workforce.
Specific day to day responsibilities will include :
Supporting and leading clients and PwC teams in assessing, designing and implementing workforce change
Supporting our clients to implement internal and external change
Supporting our clients to consider how to position themselves within the Future of Work
Supporting proposal creation and business development activities; and
Facilitating workshop and design sessions and presenting effectively to project teams and executive audiences.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience :
Strong written and oral communication skills including facilitation
Proven ability to relate well to staff at different levels of an organisation and engage teams to achieve results; and
A high level of energy and motivation with a desire to achieve.
Experience in the following would be an advantage :
Experience in the Human Resource function, Remuneration, organisational design, change, strategic workforce planning or an interest in these areas; and
Prior experience within a consulting firm or a top tier professional services firm in a similar capacity.
