    Our Human Capital team are looking for someone like you, a SAP SuccessFactors specialist, to join us in Auckland or Wellington to help us continue to make an impact that matters.

    What might your day look like with us?

  • Your expertise in HCM processes and SAP SuccessFactors will guide you as an important member of the implementation team.
  • Your day could be expected to be filled with a range of activity such as :

  • Scoping client needs, conducting workshops to gather AS-IS, TO-BE and gap fit analysis, and lead parts of the business process re-engineering requirements.
  • Contributing to design, configuration of the system and working with development teams to create technical documentation.
  • Testing solutions and performing fit for purpose analysis on proposed solutions.
  • Assisting our Application Support team to resolve upcoming and escalated service tickets post go live and enhancements requirements.
  • Developing relationships and contribute to sharing ideas, knowledge and development of colleagues and wider community (colleagues, clients and network).

    Enough about us, lets talk about you The nature of your role and experience will be in building relationships as a trusted advisor and implementation specialist.

    As a talented, SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Auckland or Wellington office. Ideally you will have;·A proven background implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions across a diverse range of clients / industries.

  • A subject matter expert on all things HCM from business processes to best practice adoption.·Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to complete specifications, documentation, standardisation and operational efficiency at a high level to add tangible value back to our clients.
  • Open communication style which encourages change management initiatives, fosters inclusion and gains trust with stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction.
