We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual who would like to combine their extensive retail experience with their hunger for travel, adventure and the great outdoors.
An exciting 3IC position has become available in our Queen St store that will see you assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading very passionate and dedicated individuals within the Kathmandu family.
To succeed in this role you must be dedicated to creating a customer service and sales culture where the team exceed expectations by providing every customer the best advice for all their future adventures.
This role will require availability over late night trading hours, public holidays and weekends.
As the successful candidate, you will have previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment. You will be confident in assisting and supporting the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in developing and motivating your team to reach results and drive sales.
Skills in point of sale, stock control, cash handling, security, store presentation and all aspects of building a successful team will come easily to you due to your experience and passion for retail.
Finally, exceptional problem solving abilities and a proactive approach will see you succeed in this role.
