    We are looking for someone to join our team to provide the Triple P Programme and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to tamariki / children and rangatahi / youth, and their whanau to enable them to thrive in their communities.

    You will be providing support to families with a focus on reducing conflict and improving relationship as they navigate emotional or behavioural difficulties and complex needs.

    Through our model, we want to retain youth in their home, maintain their engagement in education or training, and improve interpersonal skills.

    We are looking for someone who :

  • Has the ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders
  • Sees the value of working with whanau in their homes and community
  • Is interested in providing clinical leadership to a small collegial team.
  • Is culturally aware and willing to be a part of a bi-cultural journey
  • Has a full New Zealand driver's licence
  • Is willing to undergo a Ministry of Social Development (MSD) check and police vetting.
  • Of particular importance is our valuing of diversity and our commitment to our bi-cultural journey. You will have a genuine appreciation for how we integrate Māori and Pasifika kaupapa into our daily working life.
