Kōrero mō te tūranga About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic community mental health professional (RN with or without mental health experience, Registered Social Worker, Registered Occupational therapist).
Knowledge of DBT and / or CBT would be ideal, however this is not a requirement. Upskilling and training is provided in these areas.
You will work autonomously and participate in a multi-disciplinary approach to care provision. Other dimensions will include being able to work across primary, secondary and non-governmental organisations.

The team manages a caseload of clients who experience moderate to severe mental health issues and undertake initial and crisis assessments.
Moū About you
You will have a good sense of humour, compassion, and the ability to be flexible in your approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are an essential part of the day to day work.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to be able to work with a range of cultures and be a team player.
Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given along with professional development and regular supervision.
