We are looking for a motivated property professional who can manage the daily operations of the asset, the delivery and planning of capex and maintenance projects, maintain the integrity of the Centre to ensure operational efficiencies and ensure a high level of presentation and functionality of key building systems for ongoing maintenance and performance of the asset.
Ensure the Centre is maintained to a high standard of functionality and ambience
Ensure health and safety and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to
Manage third party service contracts such as security and cleaning contractors
Manage costs and negotiate service contracts effectively
Prepare and contribute to reporting, budgeting, and documentation
Develop and work to implement a longer-term strategic operations management plan
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with wider team, contractors, retailers, customers, and other stakeholders
5+ years’ experience in a relevant position
Knowledge and understanding of Building Management Systems
Proven experience in managing Occupational Health and Safety in similar environments
Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong planning and organisation skills
Strong time management and priority management skills
Professionalism and customer service focus
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
