About the role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is an exciting global role responsible for the strategic direction a key Comvita portfolio.

You will define where to play and how to win with our target consumers and chosen markets. You will be responsible for developing portfolio USP, product portfolio offering and lifecycle management (from innovation through to SKU rationalisation) based on consumer insight.

You will be the consumer and market insights champion and a key conduit for the markets to accelerate growth with a test and scale mindset.

Based from our Wynyard Quarter office, and your home office, this role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference.

Working within a team based across multiple offices and markets and with agency partners, you will bring a strong understanding of product development, product management, category management, and a passion for brand building.

Collaboration, teamwork, and a willingness to be flexible while working at pace are essential, and this role will really allow you to step up and grow your career in a coaching environment.
