We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to join the Kiwibank team here in Auckland. If you're up for a new challenge and like the idea of shaping a role yourself, read on Working in the fast paced Digital and Technology Team, you'll provide full day-to-day support to our Chief Digital and Technology Officer and his team.
About the roleWe're looking for someone with significant EA experience supporting teams within the business you'll be a pro at diary and email management, preparing presentations, organising meetings (and taking minutes) and managing invoices and approvals.
As this is a new role, you'll need to be prepared to establish new processes and systems to ensure the smooth running of this team.
both written and verbalLove a good negotiation and are able to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with differing opinionsThis role will suit someone bold and proactive, who can set up parameters and work closely with the team to embed new ways of working.
You'll have a dynamic personality, with great interpersonal skills - and be ready to get stuck into an exciting opportunity.
