Are you a dynamic, solutions focused individual with great organisational and decision-making skills who enjoys helping others to achieve their objectives?
This is an opportunity for you to play a key part in supporting the important work of the Ministry of Justice. You will be part of a team based in the Auckland District Court, responsible for a range of judicial and business support activities across the Courts and Tribunals Regional Service Delivery Operations.
In this role, you will need excellent customer service behaviours, be process focused and methodical yet responsive and flexible enough to ensure that services are delivered in a consistent and timely manner.
You will have excellent communication skills, be able to make decisions and be able to work independently as well as a member of a closely-knit team.
You will also have strong administrative skills, be computer literate, and a team player who can efficiently multi-task to meet the day-to-day challenges of this busy and varied environment.
Customer centricity is a must as you will be dealing with Ministry staff, members of the judiciary and the public of New Zealand.
You'll be flexible in your approach and have a can do attitude to problem solving. A full clean driving licence is preferred.
Salary range : $43,496 - $61,406
