    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    Our Ara project is in need of an experienced Project Coordinator to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis. Based in our Auckland office, you will use your strong project administration and project coordination skills to support our Project Managers with quality documentation, plans and reporting.

    You will provide efficient and effective administrative services, and contribute to the performance of the team and the identification and implementation of service improvements.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Strong organisational skills, especially the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Experience providing administrative and project coordination support in a business and IT project management environment
  • Proven ability to produce written reports and presentation material
  • Ability to work across the business and effectively communicate with a variety of staff
  • Proven skills in Sentient, Objective, Word, Excel, Visio and MS Project
