We are looking for full time, fixed term Specialist Innovation andTechnology to join the Innovation Development Group at Te Ahikōmako - Centre ofMāori Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hamilton.
About the role :
The primary role of the Specialist- Innovation and Technology is to curate and facilitate kaupapa Māori infusedtechnology and innovation programmes and workshops.
The role will be pivotal in the execution ofcustomer centric solutions from the Te Toiotua Technology and Innovation Lab atAhikōmako Centre of Māori Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
The role will :
Provide access to, andunderstanding of, state-of-the-art technology to increase user capability
Be a keytechnology enabler for Māori entrepreneurs, businesses, and innovators in theirideation and technological developments
Advance thegrowth of Māori digital and tech innovators to achieve tech enabled businesssuccess, employment, and personal capability
Provideaccess and support to tauira in technology capacity and capability development,assisting in learning outcomes
Design and developTech and Innovation capability programmes and solutions that provides supportsour customers
About you : You have :
You have :
A Bachelor degree in ComputerScience, Engineering or related discipline
3+ years’ in a technology, ICT,or commercial environment
3+ years’ in developing anddelivering digital innovation technology programmes
Excellent ability in projectmanagement
Excellent ability working in adesign and human-centred thinking environment
You excel at establishing andmaintaining strong and meaningful strategic relationships with key stakeholders
A basic understanding of Te ReoMāori phrases, mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalent qualification orexperience)
A full NZDrivers Licence
