  • We are looking for our next Operations Support superstar to join our Porirua team and assist with all things Operational!

    We work hard to stay above the market in design trends, product innovation and outstanding customer service, and we love to celebrate this success across our teams.

    We need a driven and well organised individual to provide Operations Support to our focused and supportive Porirua team.

    You will have strong customer service skills and a background in logistics, from planning to delivery. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am 4.

    30pm, and perfect for someone who is detail oriented and results driven! Liaising with internal team members, installers and suppliers, no two days are the same in this fast paced role.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Follow up all customer orders
  • Maintain customer support, incoming and outgoing
  • Track product with our Inventory Management System
  • Field customer feedback and resolve or escalate customer complaints
  • Ensure Health & Safety is complied with at all times
  • Work to installation deadlines
  • Mange scheduling set up for installations
  • Work within our internal database (previous CRM experience desired)
  • Key Requirements :

  • Excellent time management and organisation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Previous industry or scheduling experience is a bonus
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving ability
  • Resilience and a positive attitude
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
