  • using our expertise to continuously deliver clinical and practice management innovation to the dental profession.The Junior Product Owner is responsible for developing and delivering great UI / UX designs and User Stories that help Henry Schein One achieve and maintain market dominance in APAC and UK dental markets.

    The role : Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Henry Schein One’s business objectives, customers, product portfolio, and competition - by conducting or participating in relevant user research, competitive analysis, and other design thinking activities.

    Building a close and collaborative relationship with your Scrum Teams : your Head of Product, software developers, QA and agile project managers to define and achieve product objectives, creative approaches and deliverables.

    Developing and deliver detailed storyboards, concept diagrams, user interface sketches, mockups, prototypes, user flows and detailed design specifications to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts and solutions.

    Tightening product feedback loops including MVP, releasing early, releasing often, gathering customer feedback, product feature usage analysis to speed up learningMaintaining an effective and well-groomed backlog for Scrum TeamsSaying no’ (a Product Management technique!)To be successful you will need : Education - Business or computer related degree or relative experienceExperience working within agile & Scrum teamsExperience - 1+ years hands-on experience designing softwareAbility to conduct (or participate in) a wide range of product design skill-sets such as : user research, brainstorming, concept design, detailed design, creating user stories, rapid prototyping, and usability testingExperience developing mock-ups and great user experiences with tools like BalsamiqCreativity and Innovation : seeks new and better ways of doing things, generates original and imaginative ideas, products, or solutionsGreat problem solving skillsWorking with stakeholders to build and deliver on product roadmapWhat’s in it for you?
