Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Technology issues involving ClaimCenter and integrated applications.
  • Work with the team to ensure ongoing incident trends are analysed and resolved at root cause.
  • Maintain high level of awareness of platform changes and updates
  • Work with the existing team bringing your experience of Technical Leadership, Request and Incident prioritisation and application development.
  • Support the team along with the Platforms other Technical specialists to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Monitoring the applications and manage proactive system health opportunities
  • Skills & Experience

  • A strong track record in application development, maintenance and support
  • Prior experience in an IT environment supporting either insurance and / or financial services (products and services)
  • Experience with managing systems on Virtual platforms (including clouds) and on-Prem
  • Knowledge in Java; RESTful API; SOAP API will be advantageous
  • Experience operating within an agile team environment
  • Commercial experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Automation testing capability (Ruby / Cucumber, Selenium) would be desirable
  • Experience

  • Strong technical abilities across multiple integrated Enterprise applications
  • Ability to multi-task over various teams

  • Experience in some of the following : JAVA, JBOSS, Netscaler, CI / CD. Pipeline,ill be
