As a Services Support Specialist, you will provide support to stores and customers, via phone and email, to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. This particular role focuses on Claims adjudication within our claims protection team. You will provide a high level of service & expertise in offering replacement products to customers that have experienced a loss or damage to their products along with helping set up processes and SLAs that will serve a growing part of our business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a contact centre role (desirable)
- Good knowledge of both Claims process and insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An outstanding phone manner – being able to express ideas, thoughts and concept clearly.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency and thrive working under pressure.
- Have the ability to work with a diverse array of people and build successful working relationships both internal and external customers.
