Administration Officer Hawera / Stratford Permanent, 20 hours per week About the role In this team support role can be based in either Hawera or Stratford and will travel to the other site as required.
You will provide a responsive and high-quality administrative and secretarial support service to the Service Centre Manager and office functions.

g. booking meetings, video conferences, flights and accommodation; minute taking etc. familiar with file management and storage processes familiar with ordering office supplies and managing expenditure, assisting with budgets and managing invoices for budget manager authorisation a flexible approach to your work demands with the ability to adjust priorities when needed in a fast-
paced environment New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency (this is a Level 4 / 5 AZNSCO position). We offer Starting salary $42,862.
00 to $54,020.00 per annum (pro-rated to 20 hours per week). Application along this scale is dependent on relevant skills, experience and other factors.
