Sales & Marketing Coordinator!

We are working with a successful and growing Kiwi owned and run property development company to recruit a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

This is a company dedicated to providing clever, responsible design providing cost effective, quality housing.

Due to their rapid growth they now require an additional team member at their Auckland Head Office to provide support for the Marketing and Sales teams.

Typical day to day tasks for this busy and exciting role will include :

  • Collation of documentation, agreements and contracts for the sales team
  • Communication with clients and developers
  • Submissions, forms and requests as well as all document control
  • Lead tracking and follow up
  • CRM management
  • Target spreadsheet management
  • Web and Social Media updates and enquiries
  • Managing online partners and enquiries
  • Photoshoot management
  • Marketing Collateral : brochures, sales support documentation
  • Liaising with external agencies
  • We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar Sales & Marketing Coordinator role with excellent communication skills;
  • candidates that can interact on a professional level with a wide variety of groups and individuals.

    You will need to be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to manage your own workload autonomously.
