  • The Opportunity

    Aon currently has a fantastic opportunity for an expert administrator to join the Property Management team based at headquarters.

    This is a phenomenal opportunity for applicants who have a curiosity about working in property and come with a strong administration background.

    This role you would be accountable for :

  • Assist National Portfolio Manager and Facilities Manager with daily tasks as the need arises
  • Keep all systems updated both locally and globally with new locations, rent reviews and relevant data
  • Responsible for reviewing, coding and processing invoices.
  • Supplier management and procurement - signage, furniture, cleaning etc
  • Articulate and accurate in written and verbal communication and the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Diary management, taking minutes and following up action points
  • About you

    You could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for property and going the extra mile.

    To hit the ground running, you should have :

  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems / processes
  • Ability to work to deadlines with experience in project coordination
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work well in a small team and chip in when needed
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word)
  • A high level of competence with Microsoft Excel a preference
