The Opportunity
Aon currently has a fantastic opportunity for an expert administrator to join the Property Management team based at headquarters.
This is a phenomenal opportunity for applicants who have a curiosity about working in property and come with a strong administration background.
This role you would be accountable for :
Assist National Portfolio Manager and Facilities Manager with daily tasks as the need arises
Keep all systems updated both locally and globally with new locations, rent reviews and relevant data
Responsible for reviewing, coding and processing invoices.
Supplier management and procurement - signage, furniture, cleaning etc
Articulate and accurate in written and verbal communication and the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and external parties
Diary management, taking minutes and following up action points
About you
You could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for property and going the extra mile.
To hit the ground running, you should have :
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems / processes
Ability to work to deadlines with experience in project coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work well in a small team and chip in when needed
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word)
A high level of competence with Microsoft Excel a preference
