About this role

The Senior Business Administrator to the Portfolio Leader provides administrative support pivotal to the success of the Portfolio Leader and the Regional Business Leaders and Regional Services Leaders within the relevant strategic portfolio.

This support will be delivered in the form of researching, report creation, drafting of key communications, project and commercial support, liaising with key internal stakeholders on behalf of the Portfolio Leader and other administrative needs.

What will I do?

  • You will deliver high-quality administrative support to the Portfolio leader and their team, this role will be expected to work under minimal supervision
  • As required administrative assistance to Portfolio Lead including Diary, scheduling, expenses, timesheets, approvals, delegate travel review and approvals
  • Develops key relationships with relevant global portfolio networks to understand agendas and priorities to inform Australasian activities
  • Ensure smooth operations between teams and leaders, highlighting opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies and taking ownership to see through the implementation of agreed changes and solutions.
  • Administration support as required to support regional strategic pursuits connected to Portfolios and portfolio businesses / services
  • What will I bring?

  • 5 10 years experience as a business administrator and proven experience working with senior leaders
  • The role requires a broad skill base, and strong technical capability, problem solving ability, initiative, flexibility and professionalism
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
