We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Retail Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Retail Artists to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills ideally gained in a retail or service based environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own store, working closely with your Assistant Manager.
With the support of your Sales & Education Executive and input from your team, you will have accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-
store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a team of passionate Retail Artists.

Many of our field executives and senior managers began their careers at point of sale and this first level management role with exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management and front line marketing will provide you with the all-
