Casual Facilities AdministratorAn opportunity exists for a Casual Facilities Administrator to join our team at the St. Heliers Community Centre offering a range of spaces for recreation, social and education purposes.
We are associated with the St Heliers Presbyterian Church and have partnered with Auckland Council since 1994.The position is weekend work on call, and will involve opening from around 9.
00am to 4.00pm or later for lockup However these hours may change dependent on bookings. Based at front of house you will be the welcoming voice and smile to our Community and those using our spaces.
Your role will include : Monitoring building security and lock upManaging provision of suppliesManaging meeting room requirementsWorking closely with our Bookings Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of our service to the community.
Various administration tasks as directedYour administration experience in a community environment, previous client liaison and health and safety experience will give you a strong edge.
