You’ll be joining the Organisational Development team based at our Greenlane Hospital site who share Auckland DHB’s values to welcome , to respect one another, to work together and to always aim high .
In this role your focus will be providing support to the To Thrive programme to ensure sustainability and its extension to other Auckland DHB employee groups requiring additional workplace support, including the development of career pathways.
You will also be supporting other vulnerable target employee groups such as; those with a disability or access need and Māori and Pasifika.
You are compassionate and enthusiastic in your approach and your values will align with ours. You will be part of a high performing team who all have a common passion, care and enthusiasm for delivering a high quality experience and outcome for our stakeholders.
