Farmers Newmarket is searching for our next Loss Prevention Manager who has experience in managing a team of people and most importantly understands the fundamentals of creating a loss prevention culture within a business.
As a Loss Prevention Manager you look after Health and Safety, compliance and operations as well as continuously delivering customer service.
You will be responsible for leading a culture in store that promotes preventing stock losses from all avenues within our store.
As an expert in Loss Prevention and or retail operations, we know that you'll bring a wealth of knowledge with you and to set you up for success.
We will provide you with a structured training programme to support you as you learn all about our business and way of operating.
Experience in retail leadership is preferred as this role is not a sit behind the cameras role but rather, leads the team from the front.
